DSD Shipping & Refunds Policy
Painting Shipping, Floor/Interior Job Request, & Refund Policy
DSD Paintings appreciates your business! We work hard to complete all orders and jobs in a timely manner. However, due to a high volume of requests, our calendar is always busy. We try our best to meet all reasonable requests, if our calendar permits.
DSD custom paintings can take between 2-4 weeks to be completed. We prefer to use UPS shipping rather than USPS, to ensure reliable tracking, and very fast shipping. All orders shipped will be covered with insurance for added security and piece of mind.
• Any prints or completed originals purchased, will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days of payment, and UPS tracking will be forwarded to your email address
• Most shipping will be shipped by UPS, unless another shipping service is requested ( EX. Fed Ex)
• Once item is shipped, it usually takes between 2-5 business days
• All items shipped are packaged with the top quality shipping supplies, such as bubble wrap, double layered cardboard, and ultra strong shipping tape to ensure the packages safe arrival
• If in the unfortunate situation your package happens to get lost by postal service, or it arrives damaged, we will be happy to investigate and create a claim with the postal service
Flooring/Interior Job Request
DSD flooring and interior work requires 50% deposit on the quoted job for booking.
DSD Paintings wants our customers to be happy and beyond satisfied of every purchase. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, we would be happy to send you another item at no additional cost, once the insurance claim is complete. If for any reason a refund is required please allow 30 - 45 days to receive your full refund for any size project.

In particular circumstances ,a partial refund or full refund may be provided solely on the discretion of the artist.
ALL FLOORING AND INTERIOR WORK IS FINAL.
