2. Services

DSD Paintings provides bespoke metallic epoxy flooring installation services for residential and commercial properties. Our website allows prospective customers to submit consultation requests and schedule appointments with our team.

Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service. All projects are subject to a formal estimate and signed agreement before work begins.

3. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: These messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, account notifications, and information related to services I have requested. Consent is obtained through customer-initiated sign-ups that clearly disclose messaging intent and opt-out instructions. We occasionally send marketing messages regarding special offers, discounts, new product updates.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

4. User Responsibilities

When submitting a consultation request, you agree to:

5. Appointments and Cancellations
